Betti Adams is a highly experienced and dedicated educational leader with a passion for fostering academic excellence, inclusivity and personal growth. With over 37 years of experience in education, she has served as a teacher, school administrator, president of the Principal’s Association, and leadership trainer with the Waterloo Board of Education.


Betti Adams holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership Degree from Charles Sturt University, a Bachelor of Education Degree from Western University and an Undergraduate degree in Dance from the University of Waterloo. She also has her School Supervisory Officer’s qualifications from OPC. 


Betti joined °ÙÐãÖ±²¥in 2021 and believes in the importance of nurturing not only the academic success of our students, but also the social and emotional well-being; setting the stage for all our students to thrive. Of high importance to Betti is developing strong partnerships with the school, families and the °ÙÐãÖ±²¥community.


Fun facts about me: Outside of work, I cherish the time I can spend with my family and friends. We enjoy doing a variety of activities together such as golfing, skiing, hiking, biking and just spending time together.
